This appointment website is managed by ojas clinic. The practice collects your name, contact information, preferred date and time, and optional visit note to handle appointment requests. Your booking and consent status are kept in a private storage file on the clinic's hosting account.

How we use your details

We use your data to manage your appointment, contact you about its status and keep an appointment record. Your details may be transmitted to the clinic's configured email provider and, only with your opt-in, through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API for appointment messages. Please do not include highly sensitive medical information in the online request form.

Who has access?

The doctor or an authorised account holder can view, change and delete appointment records in the password-protected dashboard. Hosting and configured messaging providers may process data to deliver their services.

Requests and retention

For access, correction or deletion, contact harshvardhan7588@gmail.com. The practice is responsible for determining its retention policy and applicable legal obligations. Records are not automatically purged in this version.

Security

Data is submitted to the server, protected by session-based access controls, input checks and upload safeguards. The practice must enable HTTPS, protect hosting credentials and back up data securely. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
